CHURCH OF SCOTLAND Outreach Worker – Middlefield Parish Church,Aberdeen 20 hours £21,320 - £25,705 pro rata Responsible to the Parish Minister, you will develop outreach work in the community and be a key member of the new ministry team of this committed church.You will initiate further contacts with different age and social groups, including young families and migrant workers.You will also set up opportunities for people to meet, and help the church to respond to needs in the community, sharing your faith appropriately. Applicants for this role are required to have a Christian faith, which is a Genuine Occupational Requirement in terms of the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003.
