We run a Youth Leaders' Training Day about twice per year. Training days are a great opportunity for youth leaders from across the NorthEast to get together and share with each other. Training offered at recent events has been in drama, managing challenging behaviour, using technology in worship and using Youth Alpha.

 All our volunteer youth workers receive essential training such as Child Protection (Safe From Harm) and basic safety. We also help and encourage our volunteers to access more specific training such as multimedia and video training, first aid and worship.
