Prayer points for this month:
Give thanks for the Imagine festival which was a fantastic experience
for everyone involved, that the team recover well over the coming days
and that next year's event will be an even bigger blessing.
Pray for those about to start gap years, in particular those now in
uncertainty following Project Scotland's change in funding policy for
religious bodies.
Pray for the churches currently recruiting new youth workers; Kintore,
Portlethen and any we don't know of.
Pray for Gener8 which is back in Arbroath after a month off for the
summer - that they can bring more young people from Angus into an
encounter with God
Pray for God's guidance on the Mastrick Project; and that those involved
can have the patience and enthusiasm to keep working on it as long as it
takes
Pray for the Breathe team as planning for the new session begins,
particularly for the first event in early September and those
contributing to the Encounter festival at the end of that month
Pray for those young people who are currently deciding their next step
after the release of Scottish exam results |
