We're pleased to welcome Timwa Lipenga on board as our administrator. She is a PhD student at the University of Aberdeen and will be working about three hours a week helping our minstry coordinators with their work.

We're happy to be able to announce that Tim Still has agreed to take on the position of prayer coordinator on our exec. Tim is the new youth worker at Mannofield Parish Church and is looking forward to getting stuck into our prayer ministry. Thanks to God that this role has been filled - and please pray that we find someone for our other vacant positions soon.

Those of you on our mailing list will know that we have been considering appointing a part-time field worker to help grow our ministry. After much prayer we developed the role into an Outreach Worker with a focus on detached work and leading mission teams. This position was advertised and we are please to announce that we have appointed Steven Hamilton to the role. Steven is a member of Deeside Christian Fellowship who is currently studying for a Divinity Degree at Aberdeen University. He has a passion for sport and volunteered with us last year when the Nomad mission team was here.

Steven has now made a start and you can find out about him in our newsletter, 2010 Issue 3. He's being commissioned into his role on 31 October as part of Deeside Christian Fellowship's evening service (which starts at 6pm). We'd love for friends of NESYFC to come and join in prayer for Steven in this role. You can find directions to DCF on their website at http://deesidecf.churchinsight.com.
